    between the nose and the lips

    What do you call that part between the nose and the upper lip? Looks like a canal.

    The section between the upper lip and the nose is the philtrum, and the "canal" is the philtral dimple.

    I must admit, I don't get to use that word very often.

    You can also call it the moustache.
