    please help me !

Change the following sentence into passive voice:
My father let me watch TV every morning
=>"I'm let to watch TV every morning" OR " I'm let watch TV every morning?
    Which is right?

Neither is right. Make it "I was allowed (by my father) to watch TV every morning." The "by" phrase makes it a bit awkward.

Neither one is correct. It should be: I'm allowed to watch TV every morning.

    I am not a teacher.

You should keep the same form...I was let watch...but, in the case of these verbs you should use to-infinitive: hear, feel, see, and observe

Thank everyone! I know that we had better use " Be allowed to V" but in case I must use " let" in passive voice( I think We can use LET in passive voice), not use " be allowed to do" , which is right?

ALLOW is used in passive sentence instead of LET, so your sentences can be changed:
I am allowed to watch TV by my father.
