    Smile Formal Language

    Good afternoon, Professor

I am writing a formal argumentative composition and there is something annoying me. I would like to know what is the most formal expression to say that 'the city has many problems'. Can you help me, please?
I am looking forward to receiving your answer.

    Yours faithfully,
    Maria Flor.

    Re: Formal Language

It would help if you quoted the paragraph, so that we have an overview of what 'city has problems' refers to.
