    before the it actually does

I read an article from a newspaper. I came across this phrase/idiom "before the it actually does" and don't understand it.

I would appreciate your help if you could explain it.

    Many thanks.

This is not any kind of standard English. Either it is a misprint, or you have misread it!

Re: before the it actually does

    Hi Philo2009,

    Thank you for your reply.

I have completely agreed with you about the sentence structure which does not reach any kind of standard English. However, I have occasionally come across such an unusual form that has made me thinking of therefore I have copied the whole sentence and posted below please look at it again.

...... Even the Australian Share Market now has jumped 20% over the last three months. It is well recognised the share market is a precursor of the economy rising 6-9 months before the it actually does. What does the economy need? Simply just confidence and this confidence will return quickly and dramatically as those who have seen my historical charts will know........

    Many thanks for your help.

As suspected, quite simply a misprint! Delete 'the'.
