    Immaculately dressed

What idiom would one use to explain/describe someone who always dresses incredibly well and neatly?

    Thanks

    Re: Immaculately dressed

An idiom? How about sb is dressed to the nines?

However, that doesn't really speak to habit, but rather one particular occasion.

We say sb is a snappy dresser. That speaks to habit.
