    They are all correct.

    All three sentences are correct.

    I had lunch; Here we are using had as a verb

    I have lunch; we are using have as object

    I am having lunch; we are using have as a verb.

    I have lunch; we are using have as object
    I don't mean to niggle, but actually have is the verb; lunch is the object.
