    Cool which one is more reasonable? Or could you give me any suggestion?

    If this version was acceptable, could you please delete the other word document to avoid causing any confusion.

    Thank you very much! But I remember "if" should use past tense, so why here used "is acceptable" not "was acceptable"? Thanks
