Red face Need help with articles

I have one problem with articles. I know that languages are used without articles. For example, "I speak English very well". But do we need articles when we add the word "Language"? For example, "The English language is very beautiful" or "English language is very beautiful"? Could you, please, explain the rule?

Language preceded by an adjective relating to the particular language is normally used with the at the front.
