I was watching the American program “Wheel of Fortune “and the winning phrase was: “DELAYED FLIGHT SCHOOL”, and I didn’t understand, isn’t it better to say “DELAYED SCHOOL FLIGHT”, isn’t here a problem of word order. Thanks a lot for your help.
That's when the first two words make a common phrase, but the second and third can be combined for another phrase. You don't read the whole thing as one phrase.
Like "flatscreen TV" and "TV show" -- you'd see "flatscreen TV show."
