    To + verb or Verb + ing

    Hello, I have a doubt when I have to start a sentence with a verb.

    What is the correct sentence?

    To develop knowledge about theme... or

    Developing knowledge about theme...

    Developing knowledge about a/the theme... This could be considered as a goal already achieved.
