Is this sentence grammertically right ?

"The on-going process of formulating, implementing and controlling broad plans guide the organizational in achieving the strategic goods given its internal and external environment".
perhaps it dosen't sound appropriate here. According to me it would be " the organization to achieve/for achieving the strategic goods"
What is right or wrong here regarding prepositions in,to and for?
    plz do urgent reply.......

I'm sorry, I never got to your actual sentence.

Your subject itself was not "grammertically" correct.

The on-going process of formulating, implementing and controlling broad plans guides the organization in achieving the strategic goals(?), given its internal and external environment".

The subject of 'guides' is 'process'.
