    Hi Mary,

    I had done on the same day, please, check it from Data , and return the XY Report to you.
    Please, there are two new projects that you need to be added to Data. Ignoring yellow highlighters, these are checking missed projects, some of them from the Weekly Report. Thanks.

    I have no idea what you are trying to say here.

    For starters, I would suggest you make your sentences very simple. Don't try to run them together into compound sentences untill you have masterd a simple sentence.

    Start with
    I had done on the same day

    What are you really trying to say here?

    Put the whole letter into simple sentences. Subject-Verb-Object. THEN, when yuo get that down, try to combine them into more complex sentences, or add the "please" and such, to make them "polite" and smooth.
