In answers to Yes/No questions it is standard to use the operator which goes with the particular verb. In your case, it's has. In other cases, it may be do, does, did, have, had and all the modal verbs:

    Do you have any brothers?
    Yes, I do.

    Can she sing?
    Yes, she can.

    Hi,
Note that the form 'Has got' is mostly used in BrE, while the standard form in AmE is 'Has'...So, in questions and negative forms you're likely to hear these structures depending on the variety of English...
BrE: Has she got any sister? Yes, she has.
AmE: Does she have any sister? Yes, she does.

    Re: has got or has?

I would have thought 'has got' was more likely to be Amer. Eng.
As one Brit. Eng. - but listening each day to many! - we would ask a person, "Do you have any brothers or sisters...?" or "Does he have any...?"

People tend to be economical in speech (when not talking about themselves!) so that to the question, the reply might be,
"Yes, two" or "Yes, two...I think." (if unsure as to how many); or "Yes, she has two."
