Help with position of possessive in sentence.

    Hi,

I am not sure, but does those two sentences mean the same thing?

It's that girl I told you about's book.

    And

It's that girl's book I told you about.

The first sentence is a bit disturbing for me because of the position of " 's ".
    Please, Help :)
