    Which one

    Hey, there
Could you tell me which sentence I should choose, please?
    (a) We haven't talked to each other since we last fought.
    (b) We haven't talked to each other after we last fought.
( Please tell me the difference if both since and after can be used.)
    Thank you for your help.

    Re: Which one

    (a) We haven't talked to each other since we last fought. The conjunction "since" is more likely to be used if the main verb is in the perfect aspect (haven't talked).
    (b) We didn't talk to each other after we fought. If the verb which follows the conjunction "after" is in the past tense, then the main verb is also likely to be in the past tense.
