    a muscle in one's leg

    Hello.

    1. A week ago she strained a muscle in her leg while working out.
    2. A week ago she strained her leg muscle while working out.


    Do both sound natural?

    #1 is fine. There are so many muscles in the leg that #2 does not in fact make sense.
