    Post bring in new pad

    What does "new pad" mean in the following news item. One dictionary meaning of "pad" is room/accomodation, but here it indicates something else, it appears. " Reportedly, Vidya Balan has brought a new pad in Shahid's building and is planning to move in soon since the romance between Shahid and Priyanka Chopra is a cause of concern for her."

    It's either a typo, or the person doesn't know the difference between 'bought' and 'brought'.
