    on away goals?

This is another sentence from an article about soccer.

"Barcelona scored their crucial goal in stoppage time to make the end result 1-1 and earn a place in the final on away goals.

I get the black part except the blue one. What does the blue mean?

    Re: on away goals?

That means "based on the away goals rule."
