What is the meaning of these two sentences? What is the difference between the two coloured parts. It seems they have same meanings. What is the use of the word "so" in the second sentence.
I would be grateful if you give me clear answers to these questions seperately.

Try using 'very' instead of 'so' in the second sentence and see if that works for you.
