    Have I used "either" corretly?:
    "Should you either have or need further information, do not hesitate to contact me"

    No. Your sentence is somewhat confusing.
    If you have the information you do not need 'further' information.
    So let us look at this differently.
    Either you or I have the information.
    Either you need more information or you do not.
    When I went to look for the information it was not there; either it is being used by someone else or it has gone missing.
    We need some information. It can be found either in the library or in the town hall.
