You could use the word omitted (meaning left out)

I omitted two documents when submitting my application.

I will go back there to visit the places I missed visiting previously. ...is just fine. Remember ALWAYS capital I when referring to yourself. The smal i is a lazy text habit which might confuse you.

    Hope this helps.

...p.s. not much help when I don't spell small properly, eh? Just a typo.

Had another thought about 2nd sentence. "I will go back there to visit the places I missed visiting previously." What about
I will return there to visit the places I did not have the opportunity to visit previously. (A wee bit more impressive?)

I missed submitting two documents along with the application.
    2) I left off two documents when submitting the application.

but these sentences are correct to use in the sense of what he mean here?

Teacher, you only mean that we can use only the sentence which you suggest us to use?

I mean ,,, " I omitted two documents when submitting the application" is only correct?
