    Smile too/either

    Hello everyone (btw what is more common to use - everyone or everybody?)

    In a sentence : He is not black, too. I thought it is a mistake, but I found it in a newspaper text. I though either is the only correct possibility.

    Compare:
    Snake isn't white. He is not black, too. He is red.
    Snake isn't black. Hawk (=He) is not black, either.
