    balanced with/by

    When I want to say that it's not really a great problem that there are some bad aspects because there are also many good ones: is it then "balanced with" or "balanced by"?

    The bad aspects are balanced with/by the good aspects.

    The bad aspects are balanced by the good aspects.
    The good aspects balance out the bad.
