Chemist's is correct (especially in British English; we Yanks say the pharmacy/the pharmacist). You didn't ask about it specifically, but you have a problem in the last item. It should be made up, not make up. We say that you have something done, so you need the p.p. here. Again, this may be fine in British English, but Americans would normally say to have it filled. Either way, use the p.p.I took the doctor's prescription to the chemist's to have it make up
