    Is this correct?

    Hi teacher,

This does not require as large of a surface and can be easily implemented.

    Is this sentence correct?

    Re: Is this correct?

I feel it would be better with "does not require as large a surface...." The "of" there I find colloquial and without function.

I ve never come accross this formation of sentence. If i had to write i would write as 'This does not require large surface and can be easily implemented'. Can you please explain more on 'as large of' type sentence please?

The preposition of is often omitted.

    Note,

    • This does not require a large surface and can easily be implemented.
