    a doctor says:

    Lead poisoning. Send a level.

    Any clue?

    Thank you so much!

    Is there more context available?

I think lead poisoning is measured in how many parts of lead there are in a certain volume of blood or organs like the liver, kidneys etc. In that case it may refer to a percentage of the lead involved.
