What is the Past Progressive form of "to take"?

    Now I take
    I am taking

    Yesterday I took
    I was taking - Past Progressive/Continuous

    I have taken
I have been taking - Present Perfect Progressive/Continuous

    I had taken
I had been taking - Past Perfect Progressive/Continuous

Someone else like to do the passive forms?
