    what does heel(adjective) sticks(noun) mean?
it relates to 'stick(verb) a needle in someone's heel(noun)' to get blood for lab tests.

it's the same as 'hair cut' and 'cut hair'.

    where are your question marks?

I can't think of a way to make a complete sentence with that beginning.

Can you remember the whole sentence that you heard ?
