    Is this official statment correct

    Hi,
    This is related to an official letter directed to x employee about a deduction from his salary for his absence day .. can I get some help on this plz. this is the letter body.....

    === Start ===
    To: Accounting Dept.
    After reviewing the employees official attendance records for the company, we found that the employee\ Employee Name (Decorator) didnít come to work on Tuesday dated 2009-01-01, and that was without any accepted excuse.
    Accordingly
    Decided to deduct one working day from her monthly salary
    Note that in the case of repetition will increase the penalty in accordance with the internal rules of the company.
    === End ===

    Thanks for the help.

    Make sure you get the right pronoun - is this employee a man or a woman?

    Hi Anglika,
    The right pronoun is (her) as in the letter body. does this mean no grammar mistakes in the letter?
    Thanks.
