    phrasal verb or not

    In the following phrase:

'She must have come in the backdoor...'

Is COME IN a phrasal verb or is it just the verb COME plus the preposition IN?

"in" is an adverb particle. If it were a preposition, it would have an object.
Otherwise your sentence needs some correction:

She must have come in through the back door.
