Question How to use repetitive 'to' in long sentences... a help?

I am not quite sure whether I have to repeat 'to' in long sentences like one below:

I developed my experience managing complex and multiple projects to implement new business processes and environments, to change company structures, to introduce in-depth changes in procedures and processes, to normalise IT systems between diversified Business Units.

OR can I avoid to put to after any comma?

No, you really don't need to keep repeating the word to. The first to can be distributed to the other elements in the list. Most native speakers wouldn't repeat the word to like that unless they were doing so deliberately to achieve a certain effect. You could write something like this:

I developed my experience managing complex and multiple projects to implement new business processes and environments, change company structures, introduce in-depth changes in procedures and processes, and normalise IT systems between diversified Business Units.

Now, understand that I'm not commenting on the actual content of the sentence—I'm not very familiar with what you're talking about. I'm confining my comments to the question you asked.
