    Textbook for Absolute Beginners

Hi, I'm looking for a good textbook to use for teaching absolute beginners - students who can't speak a word of English. The Cutting Edge and New English File Beginner Level books are too difficult, I need something much easier that teaches the basics of English like "This is an apple", "My name is XXX", etc. Does anyone have any good suggestions?
