    Are they the same in meaning?


    Press this printer switch on completion of printing.
    Press this printer switch after completion of printing.

    "On completion" has more immediacy to it. As soon as the printing is completed, you press the switch. "After completion" is more lax, you may have more time to look at the printing or do something else before you press the switch. It is a relatively small degree of difference, I think.
