    medium/heavy

    Hi

"Medium or heavy stretches are recommended"

--- Does "medium" here means that the stretches shouldn't be so "deep" and "heavy" that they should be "deep"?

    thanks

    Re: medium/heavy

That sounds like a good interpretation. "Medium" means somewhere in between light/easy/short and heavy/difficult/deep.

    Re: medium/heavy

But maybe it's all about intensity and not about "deep" or "deeper".

Maybe it says that you should do the stretches with medium intensity or heavy intensity?

Yes. I was assuming that deeper stretches would be more intense.
