    correct expression

    Hi,

could you please help me find the correct expression for the following sentence:

If the Lessee fails to pay the agreed amounts, the Lessor shall be entitled to encash the bank guarantee provided by the Lessee's bank.

Is "encash" correct (meaning that the Lessor will use the amount of the guarantee to cover the outstanding amounts) or are there any better expressions?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hanka
