    sentence

    Hi

Can anyone try and explain/rephrase the sentence below for me. It's from the book about stretching:

"The following programs are specific stretching recommendations and are based on your initial flexibility."

I understand that the stretching programs described below (in the book) are some specific programs and "are based on your initial flexibility" - what does it mean???

    Thanks

The exercises are graded according to your current (initial) flexibility.
Perhaps the exercises are divided into "beginners", "advanced", for example.
