    dear sir or madam,

    i am writing a complain letter to my lawyer can i write: "I am hiring you as my lawyer to following my case of ......." or is it too rude. Is there any better way to write the same sentence?

    "I am hiring you as my lawyer to settle my case."
    I'd say: "I wish you could work more seriously on my case. I'm counting on you."
