    scotch arm

    Hello,

Bill Lerach (now cooling his heels in jail) openly bragged of scotch drinking being his prime exercise when he wasn't terrorizing CEOs. He claimed a great scotch arm - just like a pirate at the wharf pub. Arg, matey!

    ...

So, when does legal piracy become illegal? When you break the law. Ask Bill Lerach (of the well-toned scotch arm).

I"m pretty confuded what "scotch arm" here is, a bottle of scotch? Like he claimed he had a great scotch wisky? then why "Bill of the well-toned scotch arm", well-toned here is similar to well-toned wine, hah? No slang right? Pls help.

By the way, Arg matey! is common pirate's saying? (saw from cartoon) but if normal person says, what can be its replacement?

    Tks,

    Tks,
'A well toned scotch arm' means his arm is well toned (muscled) from continually lifting glasses/bottles of scotch.
