    everone everybody + verb (singular)

    dear sirs, here is my question
    every chinese boy and girl ( has - have - is having - were having ) a kite.
    there was a lot of controversy about this question as it is one of the questions in Damietta's general exam for third year prep

    notes : i know the answer but to get it directly from the people of the language
