    very tough question, I think.
try to watch CNN or BBC.
it's a good way to learn a more formal and easy English.
when you get used to it, try to watch movies. the less you read the subtitles, the more you'll learn, I think.
    just a student.

    Dear Em Mealea
In addition to the ideas before:

    1. If you have regular access to the internet there are many podcasts available, in addition to the link from Tdol. Type 'esl podcasts' in the search space and you will get a lot of links from Google. For example ELT Podcast to study the English language which has different levels, and PodCards which has comprehension questions and different levels.

    2. Also, I have recommended this site to a couple of people and they think it's useful for practising. There are comprehension questions associated with each listening piece.

    Listening | Learn English
It's easy to use the site.
    3. Many student's manuals for learning English have listening cds or cassettes. Anyone can buy them - if they are not too expensive for you.

    4. Is there an English club near you? This can be one way to speak and listen.
