I was so bizarre to hear that......?

    Hi,

this was one of the tests of the exam I took a few days ago.

I was so......................to hear about her sudden leaving.

    a)bizarre b)confident c) something that I do not remember
    d)smooth

I can't remember the word on (c) but I'm sure it was something wrong. Anyway the answer given for this question was (a) But I have not heard the word 'bizarre' to be used like this. Is this sentence correct this way?

A, B, and D are all incorrect. Are you sure it was not "It was so....."?

No, it's not correct. The others don't work either.

It was exactly what I thought and I even asked my teacher that maybe it had been It and not I but she said no.
