    help pelase

    there's a 180ft garden with a patio and grass which goes someway to offsetting the fact that the second bedroom is a single that is less than 6ft wide.

    cud anybody please explain especially the line in red in red to me? is offesetting the fact linking word or something ? thanx in advance

    The big garden with the patio compensates to some degree for the small bedroom.
    Big garden; small bedroom. It's a trade-off.
    Yes, the second bedroom is small. But look at the huge garden and patio. You can't have everything, at this price.
