    Can one say:
    1-I didn't help John and Harry. For John, because he didn't need it and for Harry because I don't like him.
    Instead of:
    2-I didn't help John and Harry. Concerning John, because he didn't need it and concerning Harry because I don't like him.

    No. Use this:
    I did not help Joe because he did not need it nor Harry because I do not like him.
