    what does mean by "the score with someone"

    Here is the context,
    I just want you know that she'd only be using you to even the score with me.

    What does mean here by "the score with me"

    Whoa. A great example of how important context is.

    The title of your post make me think you mean "score with someone" with the sense of "able to convince her to have sex with you."

    The real phrase here is "even the score" - someone did something to you, and you will get revenge and even the score.

    So it's not "even the [score with someone]" but "[even the score] [with someone]."

    You see how important that difference is?

    In this case, the girl feels like the speaker did something bad to her. She will be using this other person get "get even" so that she can do something bad to him in return.
