    B: Why? Whatís wrong?

A: Sorry, I canít say in detail but,
    I have some personal problem.

I have some personal circumstances. This is awkward as written. Could be "It's because of a personal circumstance".

    I have some private issues.
    I am not a teacher.

    Because of personal circumstances.

Re: I have some personal problem.

I am not a teacher, but I am a native speaker.

I would probably go with "I have some personal problems". This is slightly more polite than "I have some private issues". Sentence C may emphasizes the fact that you do not want to talk about it, or you do not trust the person to talk about it. This is mostly due to the fact that "personal problems" are what they are typically called in professional settings and probably how most people are used to hearing it.
