    Post Please help me with this phrase

    Please,please,please,
    Can someone tell me whether I can say "I slip words", in order to say I miss words unintentionally when I speak?
    also,
    Can somebody confirm the use of the following sentences
    "I and my father went to the fair"
    "My father and I went to the fair"
    "She spoke to me and him"
    "She spoke to him and me"
