There are tons of samples online. Here are some I found by doing a Google search.
However, I am not a teacher, and am just a native speaker, so I am not familiar with CVs. Therefore, I cannot comment on the accuracy, formality or form of any of these samples or their writing strategies. They should be enough to get you started though. First linked is the "Resumes" forum on this site, which also includes CVs. There should be some samples in that forum that have been checked by the resident English teachers. The rest are Google links to sample CVs, and topics about writing CVs. I hope these help!
