Smile I can get home using the time I wait a bus

Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?

A: Why donít you take a bus, walk to get home every time?

B: As you know there are not so many buses here.
ⓐSo I can get home using the time I wait a bus.
ⓑSo I can get home with the time I wait a bus.

    Thatís why I better walk.

I can walk home in the time I would spend waiting for the bus.

    Let me try mine:

B: You know what, it usually takes longer to wait for the damned bus than to just walk home.

    -------------------

    Is my wording Ok?

    Yes, it is.
If you want 'natural' you'd use "the damn bus" rather than "the damned bus".
"Damned" is grammatically correct, but "damn" is what most people say in a slang context.
