Re: "I would appreciate", "I would appreciated" and "I would be appreciated"

Hi,
Please let me know, what is the major difference between the statements like "I would appreciate", "I would appreciated" and "I would be appreciated"

I would appreciate - a nice polite way to say something that you actually expect the person to do. You may be in a position of authority. Be careful, because it can also sound sarcastic.

I would appreciated - not grammatical. However It would be appreciated is considered a polite way of saying you want something without saying that you are the one who wants it.

I would be appreciated - not the same meaning. It means others appreciate YOU. If I cleaned up the kitchen after all these slobs, you would think I would be appreciated (by them). But it still doesn't happne.

And please let me know, which one is correct in the following...

(a)I would be appreciated, If you fax the document as soon as possible. No - you are not the person who is being appreciated by others.

(b)It would appreciated if you would fax the document as soon as possible.

(c)I would appreciate it if you would fax the document as soon as possible.

Warm Regards
Prabhas

Hope that helps.
