    Now vs.Right now

    Hello Teachers,

    Could you please tell me what is the difference between "Now" and "Right now"? where should I use "Right now"?

    Please help.

    now (=at the present time)
    They now live in the city centre.
    There's nothing I can do about this right now (=exactly now).
    We're very busy right now.

    right away/now (=immediately)
    You'd better leave right now.
